Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company, USDOT number, fleet size, plan.
- TMS usage data: loads, customers, carriers, GPS pings, settlements - entered by you or your team in the 11 TMS modules.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP, user-agent, log timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
Solely to operate, secure, support and improve the Service. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data across tenants. AI parsing of Rate Confirmations runs on isolated per-tenant context.
3. Third-party processors
- Stripe (payments) - Twilio (SMS) - Postmark/SES (email) - Cloudflare (CDN) - OpenAI (AI parsing, opted in per tenant).
- FMCSA SAFER (carrier vetting lookups, public data).
4. Your rights
You may access, export, correct or delete your data from the Admin module or by emailing privacy@mytruckerprofit.com. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights.
5. Retention
Active tenant data is retained for the life of the subscription plus 90 days after cancellation for recovery. Audit logs are retained 12 months. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal/tax retention rules.
6. Security
TLS in transit. AES-256 at rest. Per-tenant database scoping. 2FA available on all roles. Audit log on sensitive admin actions. Annual penetration testing.
7. Cookies
We use first-party session cookies for login, and a single analytics cookie (anonymized) for product usage. No advertising cookies. You can opt out via the cookie banner.
